Marc Gannon, MSW, MBA

Marc Gannon has always been passionate about improving access to health and human services—an alignment that makes PRC’s mission of breaking down barriers to care a natural fit. Drawn by the organization’s unwavering commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Marc joined PRC to contribute to this vital work.

Marc has served as PRC’s Chief Operating Officer since 2021 and recently stepped into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer while a national search was underway for a permanent CEO. In this capacity, he focused on fostering a supportive environment where every team member has the tools they need to succeed. He is especially energized by mentoring others, building strong cross-functional teams, and strengthening PRC’s operational infrastructure to amplify its impact.

Outside of PRC, Marc volunteers as a dog walker at the San Francisco SPCA, hikes throughout the Bay Area, and contributes to the East Cut Community Garden.

Marc previously held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at Bay Area Community Health, Vice President of Community Impact at Aloha United Way, and Chief of Community Health Services at Waikiki Health. He holds a Master of Social Work from Monmouth University and an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii. He was honored with Monmouth University’s Social Work Alumni Award in 2015 and was named a Pacific Business News 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2016.
