Shairah Willis

Shairah Willis is a Financial Advisor on The Covington Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, where she focuses on long-term planning and generational wealth building.

Shairah is deeply inspired by PRC’s mission and the intentionality behind its work. Through engaging with leadership and clients, she saw firsthand the care and thoughtfulness that PRC brings to supporting its community. She was drawn to the organization’s focus on dignity, access, and meeting individuals where they are, which are values that closely align with her own. In her professional work, Shairah sees a strong parallel in PRC’s holistic approach to helping individuals build stability and move forward in a sustainable way.

Through her board participation, Shairah aims to contribute to PRC’s continued growth and impact, particularly in areas such as financial sustainability, strategic planning, and governance. She is passionate about being a thoughtful and engaged partner to the organization, helping PRC expand its reach while staying grounded in its mission.

Born in Inglewood, California and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Shairah has lived and worked in multiple cities including New York, Alabama and now The Bay Area. Outside of her professional and board work, Shairah enjoys exploring new restaurants and wineries, staying active, traveling, and spending time building community through mentorship and volunteering.
