PRC’s annual celebration of hope, resilience, and pride is named after the hit song You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real) by Disco Legend, and PRC’s benefactor, Sylvestor…who benefitted from our services and had the foresight to ensure others would benefit in perpetuity. This inspirational and electrifying evening of incredible cuisine, wine, and fun, takes place on Thursday, November 9th, 2023. During each year’s event, the Sylvester Community Pillar Award is presented to an individual who reflects the love and joy that symbolizes the music of Sylvester, a special individual who humbly serves the community, working assiduously to improve our lives while capturing our hearts in the process.

Songs Of The Season

This joyful annual event was created 30 years ago by drag personality, producer, singer, hostess extraordinaire, and longtime PRC volunteer Donna Sachet, as one of her many ways to raise funds to support PRC. For the past six years, Songs of the Season has been produced by Donna’s good friend and community stalwart, Billboard recording artist Brian Kent. This amazing cabaret show takes place in December and delivers two nights of incredible performances from a variety of locally and internationally recognized entertainers, all determined to spread the joy and excitement that come to define the holidays!

Gary Virginia and Donna Sachet’s annual Pride Brunch honors the San Francisco Pride Parade Grand Marshals. As one of the most high-profile and festive events of Pride Week, this beloved tradition is a wonderful opportunity to meet and hear from the fabulous Grand Marshals. Mix and mingle with movers and shakers; enjoy hosted bars, entertainment, fine cuisine, and beautiful décor; and participate in an exciting live auction and raffle.
Join us to hear from each year’s accomplished honorees and raise a glass to toast Pride, Community, and PRC!
