PRC Welcomes Gia Jung to the Board of Directors!

We’re thrilled to welcome Gia Jung (she/they) to the PRC Board of Directors! Gia brings both professional acumen and deeply personal passion to our mission. A practicing attorney specializing in securities and business fraud class actions, Gia is committed to holding powerful entities accountable.

Raised in Southern California and now proud to call San Francisco home, Gia has been a lifelong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health equity, and community empowerment. Their connection to PRC began with hearing the stories of our clients and staff—stories that resonated deeply due to Gia’s own family experiences with addiction and mental health.

“I want to be part of a mission that empowers the whole person, not one that shames or institutionalizes,” she shared.

Gia also brings a rich history of activism and organizing, from founding an LGBTQ+ student group in community college to a diverse pro bono practice that began in law school. At PRC, Gia looks forward to lending her legal expertise and connections to support our strategic goals, and continuing the legacy of queer leadership and allyship that defines PRC’s history.
