Erik is the Director of Facilities and Capital Assets, where he helps manage PRC’s portfolio of 288 beds across our 38 properties in San Francisco. Erik works closely with vendors, contractors, project managers, property management, and facilities teams to keep buildings and systems running smoothly, overseeing budgets, vendor relations, capital assets, leases, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Another key element of Erik’s role is supporting capital improvement projects, from early scoping and budgeting to RFPs and project coordination.
In his role, Erik is focused on creating an impact that is largely invisible—but essential. By ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that licensing, compliance, and funding mechanisms are addressed seamlessly, he works behind the scenes to remove disruptions before they are ever felt. Erik’s goal is to ensure that staff can focus on delivering services and that clients can focus on what matters most: receiving the care they need to reclaim their independence and strengthen their futures.
Outside of work, Erik is a competitive endurance athlete who regularly participates in marathons and triathlons and enjoys traveling, assembling puzzles, and reading inspiring books. Those interests reflect how he approaches his work—focused, detail-oriented, and steady over the long haul, while staying productive, curious, and open to new perspectives.
