Michael Kyle

Michael Kyle is a Bay Area native and an advocate at heart. Currently, Michael is an HR executive at global startup technology companies where he has been focused on expanding opportunity more equitably and inspiring cultures of inclusion and belonging.  Michael spent his early career in banking at US Bank and Wells Fargo where he served as a key change maker in advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion as President of its LGBTQIA ERG. While there he helped the unbanked to improve the financial well-being of the most underserved through work on the Bank on San Francisco initiative, which later inspired the new Office of Financial Empowerment. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley and has previously served on the Board of Directors of LYRIC and GSA Network.  Michael is also a five-time AIDS/Lifecycle cyclist, an active member in the local recovery community, and a current singer with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus. He resides in the Castro District with his French bulldog named Douglass.
