Positive Resource Center (PRC) Partners With Aids Walk San Francisco Foundation (AWSFF) As A Lead Beneficiary Of July 16 AIDS Walk SF Event

Jonathan Vernick, executive director of Baker Places, Inc. (BP), a San Francisco-based nonprofit which provides a comprehensive array of residential treatment services to people with mental health, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS-related issues, today announced he will be stepping down from the organization as of March 31, 2017 DOWNLOAD

Positive Resource Center (PRC), a San Francisco-based nonprofit whose mission is to assist people living with HIV/AIDS or mental health disabilities, and the AIDS Walk San Francisco Foundation (AWSFF) today announced PRC as a lead beneficiary of AIDS Walk San Francisco. AWSFF, the governing body of AIDS Walk San Francisco, will distribute up to $80,000 to PRC, which will be raised by AIDS Walk participants.

Positive Resource Center (PRC), a San Francisco-based nonprofit whose mission is to assist people living with HIV/AIDS or mental health disabilities, celebrates its signature annual fundraiser ‘Windows of Opportunity’ on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at The City Club of San Francisco. This year, PRC will honor Baker Places, Inc. (BP) and AIDS Emergency Fund (AEF) with the Community Legacy Award for their many years of outstanding contributions to the community. The event includes cocktails, appetizers, dessert, music and a silent auction in an art deco ambience.
