Michael Niczyporuk is a former physicist turned FinTech and payments executive who has built and grown technology-driven businesses across Visa, USAA, Citi and Capital One.  Having spent his career making financial services more inclusive and empowering using technology, Michael is passionate about ensuring that everyone benefits — and that no one gets left behind — amidst the dramatic shift to digital across all aspects of our lives.  Michael received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, both in Physics.  Originally from Kraków, Poland, Michael immigrated to the United States in 1983 and is proud to call San Francisco his adopted home.

Zachary Papilion is a Senior Manager at Apple and has worked at the intersection of technology and consumer experience for most of his career. Mr. Papilion has been involved with PRC since 2004 as a committed donor and is eager to support the organization in a new way.

Tamarah is a partner at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, practicing in a wide range of civil litigation areas including employment law, consumer rights, and personal injury cases. Tamarah was named a 2023 Daily Journal’s Top 100 Women Lawyers in California and has been selected as a Northern California “Rising Star” in Employment Litigation by SuperLawyers in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. She is a regular panelist speaker on employment litigation topics at the Consumer Attorneys of California conventions and seminars in San Francisco, Sonoma, and Hawaii, and is a regularly published contributor to the Daily Journal legal newspaper, and has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle on topics related to employment law. She is also on the Board of Governors as a delegate of California for the national plaintiffs’ legal organization American Association for Justice.

Tim Schroeder is President of Performance Realty, Inc, a real estate investment firm that owns, develops and manages multi-family properties and manufactured housing communities.  Tim’s career has focused on real estate including development, corporate services, investment management and strategy consulting.  Prior to joining Performance Realty, Tim worked at CBRE, Quadrangle, Deloitte Consulting and Balcor-American Express. Tim holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
