Robert has been working in the nonprofit sector as a finance professional for almost 30 years in senior leadership and consultant roles. The organizations and government agencies with which he has worked span the fields of health services, housing, employment and training, environmental sustainability, technology, media arts, education, advocacy, organizing, and philanthropy and range in size from $100,000 to over $200 million operating budgets. He has been an instructor in nonprofit financial management through CompassPoint Nonprofit Services and at Cal State East Bay and has spoken on financial management topics at conferences and Bay Area universities. Robert’s background also includes over 10 years of management experience in the financial services industry, a BBA in Finance from the George Washington University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in San Rafael and enjoys soccer, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and music.
