Nichole Wiley is a Director of Asset Management in the Office/Life Science Sector at Nuveen. Nichole has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate; prior to joining the firm, Nichole worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., Flynn Holdings, Genzon and CBRE. Nichole and her family are actively involved with the Fr. Sauer Academy, Nichole also serves on the Saint Ignatius Pacific Asian Club. A 1^st generation San Francisco Native, Nichole attended the San Francisco public school system and is passionate about philanthropy and supporting the movement for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
