Joe brings distinctive experience and capabilities in business model scaling, reinvention, and operational and financial optimization. He has a demonstrable track record helping companies in transition maximize their operational potential. Before his consulting career, Joe was at Prudential Capital for 15 years where he developed deep operational and corporate finance expertise as both the head of Prudential Restructuring Group (a portfolio of over $3 billion) and later as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group underwriting equity and debt investments focusing on middle market companies. Joe currently serves on the following boards: Xolv Technology, Behavioral Health Provider Network, and the Catalight Foundation. Joe served in the Israeli Air Force and holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Queens College and an MBA from the Stern School at New York University. He holds an active California CPA license.
